Life changes when an autism diagnosis descends upon your family. Disruptions of your dream of life and to your hopes for your child or family member can cause a sense of loss and prolonged state of grieving.
Special guest expert Carisa Cole Sharrett will share with us tips on working through the grief and related emotions (shame, guilt, anger, and fear, anyone?) of unexpected challenges and outcomes in parenting. Why? To help us regain our center, our sense of peace, our joy in living under any circumstances that is our birthright.
Carisa is a mentor, a certified coach, an author, and the creator of the Empowered Mom Blueprint. She teaches moms and caregivers how to have the courage to change, how to deal with the grief of detour, and how to live resiliently with intention.
