After learning all that she could to help her own children, she studied and became certified over a decade ago as a Holistic Wellness & Nutritional Consultant. This led to studying the teachings of Chinese medicine and learning how important quality and quantity of energy flow is for wellness. Isn’t quanitity and quality of energy important to our daily experience?
Ever seeking to improve the information she utilizes in her practice, Donna earned her certifications as a NES Health Bioenergetics practitioner and Medical Qigong practitioner. This means she works with her clients’ energy systems to restore flow and balance to the entire energy field. She assists clients in clearing stagnant & unhealthy energy and associated stuck emotions from meridians and organs, and various tissues of the body.
Donna became certified as a Pangu Shengong Instructor to begin teaching others how to cultivate their own Lifeforce energy to be used for healing, daily living and resilience to stress.
Donna experienced the power of having this practice herself and describes this practice as a powerful tool for self-care and can even be used to help other important people in your life.
Do you have life challenges you’re facing? Having had her own experiences with raising her special needs children, she has a good understanding of the challenges faced by children on the spectrum, as well as the day-to-day chaos & stress of raising children with disabilities. Donna’s work also includes working on clearing energetic impact points of past trauma helping her clients to feel more present, less reactive & less triggered due to past events.
