Are you ready for support as an Autism Mom?
Mentoring is the ability to have a coach, a person with experience, to walk through your goals with you. My coaching practice is focused on the balance of self care while you are functioning as caregiver, friend, daughter, spouse, or partner.
An autism diagnosis doesn’t just affect your child, it affects every thing you believe about yourself, your dreams for your child, your marriage or significant relationships and friendships.
Whether you are just entering the knowledge that you are an autism mom or caregiver, or you’ve been one for decades, my work with you will aid you in learning new tools to support self care, boundaries with your community, and align some every day ways to sustain and thrive as you care for yourself and those you love.
The world of having a child with a mild to severe neural difference is new for most of us, mentoring allows for the time to support the many needs you may seek: information, a listening ear, techniques and tools that may work to help you find your joy again, to find stability in a new environment with sound health practices, and will offer you the privacy to ask the hard questions and know that you’re in a space that is designed to support you.
